Organization

 

Organizational structure for the South East Asia Hapkido Union (SEAHU) that includes representation from all member countries. This structure balances leadership, regional representation, and operational efficiency, while promoting collaboration across Southeast Asia. Proposed Organizational Structure: South East Asia Hapkido Union (SEAHU)

 

1. Executive Board

Responsible for strategic direction, international relations, and high-level decision-making.

Media & Promotion Committee

Handles branding, social media, and public relations

Ensures cultural respect and integration across member
countries

4. Senior Advisory Board Members

Composed of senior Grandmasters and founders from each country to provide wisdom and guidance.

  • Grandmaster and master from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Vietnam
  • Senior Grandmasters / Master from other member countries (appointed by their national federations)

5. Secretariat Office

A permanent administrative office, possibly based in a central location moved from Singapore to Yogyakarta Indonesia since July 2025, after SEAHU Meeting in June 2025, to manage day-to-day operations.
